Redwater, TX – Stephanie comes to RISD from Texarkana Arkansas School District where she served six years as the Magnet Specialist for the TASD Magnet Office. She assisted the Magnet Director in the smooth operations of magnet activities, conferring with campus and district personnel on magnet guidelines, federal budget accountability for magnet purchases, as well as assisting families looking for guidance in their children’s education placement. She spent the following year in the Counseling Center at Arkansas High School as the Graduation/Senior Coordinator. Stephanie proudly wore many hats during her time at TASD. You would either see her on the sidelines during a Friday night football game taking pictures, chaperoning a high school dance, lending a helping hand during an event, or even getting a pie in the face because the students needed a volunteer. Prior to moving to Texarkana Arkansas School District, Stephanie was employed with Pleasant Grove Intermediate School in Texarkana, TX.
Stephanie has successfully managed a professional photography business for more than a decade, specializing in high school senior portraits and sports photography.

Her innovative approach to marketing will help highlight the district's achievements and initiatives,” said Dr. Kelly Burns, RISD Superintendent of Schools.
As part of her duties, Stephanie will oversee all marketing and public relations for the district as well as assistant Dr. Kelly Burns, RISD Superintendent.
By working closely with Dr. Burns, she will also contribute to enhancing the overall experience for students and staff alike.
